Let´s have a party honouring this 13th edition of Taste (come and enjoy us at BOOTH C/52) , the most important food fair in Italy for small handcraft companies like us. 

We are organizing a party in Sottarno, our temporary store in Florence, in Via Maggio 53 R, with Lorenzo, who will creare unique cocktails combined with our delicatessen.

The event is part of the project "Fuori di taste" - by Pitti Taste 13

That’s why we have created BLACK, a naturally leavened sweet cake of 120g, with dark "chocolate" dough, pieces of dark chocolate and - above all – drenched in Tuscan Vin Santo, which not only gives its aromas to the sweet already particularly greedy ... it solves the problem of drier dough, and keeps it longer, with a softness guaranteed for 8 months.

 The 2017 has now come to an end, it has been a very intense year for us.

So many things to say ... but if we have to do a bit of synthesis, three are the most important:
* the opening in March of Sottarno in Florence, the coffee-bistro that bears our name;
* the opening in September of the Bottegone, our new bottega near Pistoia;
* our staff, EVERYONE: the people who have been following us for a long time and those who have been there for just a few months. To them goes our first big wish for a Merry Christmas and a great 2018.

Easter 2017


"Here comes the Easter by Lunardi Brothers.

Easter also marks the start of spring, rebirth. The explosion of flowers and fruits, the arrival of the swallows. With this festival of colors in mind, we present our proposals:

EASTER BISCUITS, tender shortbreads, decorated with colored sugars, great for breakfast and snacks to children and adults. In our online shop you will find the small egg (220g), the largest egg (420gr) and the little rabbit (120gr).

DOVES - COLOMBA, naturally leavened with our family yeast (over 80 years), full of tender candied orange, covered with hazelnut frosting with granulated sugar and whole almonds. In our online shop you will find the Colombina (100gr), the Colombella (500gr) and La Colomba (2 kg). The production is artisanal and limited, so…do not let them fly away !!

THE SWEET FRUTTY BOULDER, naturally leavened with our family yeast, is a dessert rich of candied fruits (cherries, pears, raisins and lemon ...) and nuts. The dough and the slow production make it very soft, suitable to accompany ice cream, yogurt, ricotta cheese or cheeses. You can find it in our online shop, try it on toasted bread!”
