These have become a must of the Lunardi Brothers Easter these biscuits of crumbly shortcrust pastry, decorated by hand with colored devils of sugar. Delicious for breakfast and snack, with milk and tea, special with a regenerating orange juice!
This is the spring version of naturally leavened sweet (always with our family mother yeast), rich in dried and candied fruit (cherries, pears, raisins and lemon). The dough and the slow lievitazone make it a very soft dessert, very suitable to accompany ice cream, yogurt, ricotta or blue cheese. Try it in toasted slices!
