Do you ship outside Italy?

Sure. You can find our products in many shops all around the world; write us to find the nearest store. We provide Italian food delivery for the products you can find in our online store almost worldwide and we take care of the custom duties. What about shipping times and costs?

A time interval for the delivery shall be displayed, while costs are calculated at the CHECK OUT and depend on the shipping address and weight of the parcel. Can I keep track of my order?

Sure. When you place an order, the system automatically sends you an email of confirmation with the order information and tracking number to follow the shipment status on the site of the carrier, or through the Call Center of the shipping company.

Do you offer gluten-free products?

No, we do not have an equipped line (with all operational measures needed) for these products. There may be some gluten-free biscuits, but they are produced within our facilities with the risk of possible contaminations. Do you offer vegan products?
