A TRULY STELLAR PANETTONE IS BORN, by GAETANO TROVATO ARNOLFO
We known since years Gaetano Trovato, chef ARNOLFO, two Michelin stars, this year awarded as Michelin Chef Mentor, and his brother Giovanni, his alter ego in the dining room, a person of rare sensitivity and elegance.
The collaboration with them dates back to the times when the Lunardi Brothers dealt with chocolate, and with their study and passion they had raised their company to a very high quality level, attracting the attention of incredible food personalities, such as chef Gaetano .
This year we decided to pay homage to chef Trovato by producing a truly stellar Panettone for him and with him.
It is a Panettone with chocolate (12%) and Italian mandarin (14%), as requested by chef Gaetano, in honor of his Sicily.
It is covered with hazelnut icing, chopped hazelnuts and granulated sugar. The hazelnuts are strictly Nocciole Piemonte PGI (14% – of which 5% in pieces).
All his customers will find it at the ARNOLFO -casa restaurant in Colle Val D’Elsa, soon also at the Four Seasons Resort Maldives (where Jurgen Kulli, Executive Sous Chef, one of the many students of master chef Gaetano, works).
