That’s exactly where our newest Florentine adventure begins.

From 2 February 2026, Fratelli Lunardi, Tuscan artisans since 1966, open at Mercato Centrale Florence (first floor, next to the Info Point) with a brand-new concept: “The Hot Chocolate Biscuits Shop.”
A simple invitation: pause for a moment and treat yourself to a sweet break, a true, happiness-filled indulgence, made the Fratelli Lunardi way.

A biscuits that becomes dessert: fresh from the oven, right in front of you

The star is a great Fratelli Lunardi classic: our chunky chocolate biscuits, reimagined “hot” as a cookie-dessert.

Here, everything happens in full view: mixing, baking, the constant pull of fresh trays. It’s not just for show—it’s who we are: hands, care, technique and passion, with a kind of goodness you can practically taste in the aroma.

And then it arrives: warm, just baked, crowned with a swirl of whipped cream.

Four flavours, one chocolate base and ingredients you’ll remember

Each biscuit starts with a chocolate-based dough, offered in four irresistible variations:

• Double dark chocolate
• Chocolate & Piedmont Hazelnut (I.G.P.)
• Chocolate & fresh coconut
• Chocolate & candied Italian orange

This is only the beginning. There’s plenty of room for creativity: over time we’ll introduce limited editions, inspired by the seasons, new ideas and top-quality ingredients.
