Tuscan PGI Cantucci are a symbol of our land: crumbly, fragrant, with crunchy almonds and that unmistakable flavour that smells of home and Tuscany.

But who said they should only be the perfect ending to a small glass of Vin Santo? We talked about that pairing in our first #TUSCANSTORIES article; today, instead, we are bringing Cantucci Toscani IGP into the kitchen.

Luisanna Messeri, Tuscan cook and much-loved face of home cooking, together with Assocantuccini — the association we at Fratelli Lunardi are also part of — has decided to show us that Cantucci Toscani IGP can also become the star ingredient in new, delicious and surprising recipes.

Why use cantucci in desserts?
